What is
Art for the Underdog?
Creative professionals and hobbyists alike have the ability to change the trajectory of a rescue dog or cat’s life by volunteering their time and skills to support some of those that need it most—shelters and rescues. Visibility is the key to helping them quickly find fosters and permanent homes for their animals so they can open up space to help others in need.
Art for the Underdog is an initiative to match creatives with animal advocacy groups that need assistance with getting their mission recognized and adoptable animals noticed. Our website removes barriers to making these connections with a beautifully-designed, simple to use dashboard.
According to a 2018 survey of over 800 shelters and rescues, increased social media efforts offers numerous benefits to shelters and rescues. Engaging, well branded content is essential to those efforts.
